Have been waiting 2 weeks for lab work and imaging to schedule appointments as per my doctor's orders. I've called 3 times, first they said they don't have orders. Second time the order for CT scan was sent to the wrong lab by their "system " I had to request to have it sent to back to them only to find out it went to the wrong facility 2 hours away. They sent the order to the correct facility and then they have to get je on the schedule before my insurance can pre approve . Talked with my insurance, no problem I have a PPO plan and all tests are medicare approved and they will approve as soon as imaging calls, hopefully before my appointment on the 24th. Lab still hasn't contacted me. If there were any place else to go I would.
